Services: Day-of Coordination
"Day-of" coordination service begins 30 days before the wedding day. Beginning with an initial consultation to discuss all of the details, I begin relieving your workload to help calm your nerves well in advance of your wedding day. I have found that this helps my clients really step away from the nitty-gritty of the logistics and details and allows them to enjoy the day while knowing that everything they have envisioned will be successfully in my hands. Below are a few items included in my "day-of" package:
• Unlimited hours of service on the wedding day, an estimated 20-hours of service prior to the wedding day, plus wedding day assistant (for weddings with 100+ guests or two locations)
• Face-to-face coordination meetings to run through all details, your vision and priorities, and to pass along vendor contracts
• Unlimited email and phone correspondence
• Vendor confirmations and logistical review
• Time line creation for the wedding weekend customized for each vendor, including a simplified version for you and your bridal party
• Lead the wedding rehearsal, or attend as necessary
• Reception and Ceremony site visit with the couple
• On-site point of contact for all of your vendors
• Manage set-up and clean-up, last minute decisions, tip and payment distribution
